Finding your genius will ignite your future
With all clients, I start with a free discovery call to learn about your needs and goals. We will review roles, expectations and confidentiality policies and I will address any questions that you have.
Our first session will include a detailed interview where I can learn more about you. We will also review your interest and experience with self-assessment tools.
Our second session will apply learnings from the interview and we will map out your customized coaching plan and frequency of sessions.
